The end of Craigs career also brings to an end an era. He is the last of our premiership players from the 3 Peat. So we not only say goodbye to one of our past legends, but we also say farewell to someone who truly personifies what a true Royal is. For 10 years he gave 100% and then tried to give more. Hardship came and went, yet he still stood true to the jumper and this is why he will be remembered and why he is so respected.
In his farewell speach he expressed clearly to our youngsters, "Never forget what the jumper means to people." Out of all that was said and done during the time he spent wearing the Blue and Black, this 1 comment captured his entire career perfectly.

Well done Craig, you have been a loyal Royal and you should be proud of all you have achieved.
